Founders' Agreements
Having a solid basis to build on is a must. We work with your choice of lawyers and accountants to frame the structure of your venture. Your Founder's Agreement must address rights, obligations, funding and valuation options with partners and investors. This information should be updated as necessary by your choice of third party professionals.

Business Model Canvas
When potential partners and investors ask "What is your business model?" they are asking how your business makes money. That is a basic ROI question. Heide Neck, the Babson College professor says it best in her co-authored Entrepreneurship textbook published by Sage:
"A business model is a conceptual framework that describes how a company creates, delivers and extracts value."
We use the business model canvas (BMC) pioneered by Alexander Osterwalder with its 9 component elements starting with the value proposition and addressing customers, infrastructure and financial viability as a ready reference dashboard.

Business Plans & Feasibility Studies
Traditional business plans, feasibility studies and executive summaries are critical to establishing market credibility, to provide internal operational discipline and to obtain third party funding. We develop the building block modules ourselves to ensure completeness.
We apply the Five Forces model developed by Harvard professor Michael Porter for a more holistic assessment of industry profitability and maturity.

Pitch Decks
The pitch deck showcases what you're doing and why. It must be honest, realistic and persuasive. There are creative strategies to enhance effectiveness by coordinating visual design, presentation style and the specific venue, location and audience.
ALVAPRENEUR Consulting focuses on five questions for pitch deck impact.:
1. What's the purpose of your pitch deck?
2. Who's your audience?
3. Does your pitch deck connect your passion and competency to the problem you've identified?
4. How is your solution feasible & scalable?
5. What is your "ask?"
